Application and calibration

For Lancia Delta performance applications using the appropriate factory Marelli injector drivers. Driver compatibility also extends to Alfa Romeo 155 Q4 and Fiat Coupe applications. Confirm dimensions, connector, seals and fuel-rail fitment before ordering.

ECU recalibration is required. The original IAW fuel map must be adjusted for the injector flow and operating characteristics. Starting, idle quality and safe fuelling under load depend on correct calibration and a fuel system matched to the engine.

Flow matching and test conditions

Each set contains four dynamically tested injectors grouped within 1% tolerance using a custom injector flow bench. Stated test conditions: n-heptane at 20°C (±1°C), 3.0 bar (±0.01 bar), 14 V DC (±0.05 V), using a saturated driver with RC cutoff.

The 840 cc/min figure is a nominal flow rating. Actual delivery depends on fuel type, differential fuel pressure and operating conditions. Compare injector ratings at equivalent test conditions and select capacity for the engine's fuel demand, not a universal horsepower figure.
