Lancia Delta - SSX500 Turbo Kit

As the name already suggests our kit is designed for power levels from 260 HP up to 510hp using latest XONA® and Tial® turbochargers technology, build around the compact X2C compact framework. Specifically designed for the hard-core enthusiast who wants the max performance. The forged fully-machined billet aluminum compressor wheels feature next generation aerodynamics that provide a larger horsepower range and maximize the boost response, with the new splitter blade design Ultra High Flow (UHF) Turbine wheel, that flows like a larger turbine without the inertia downsides. 

A dual silicone Nitride ceramic ball bearing with M62 tool steel races cartridge prolongs the lifespan and improves shaft balance. Everything nearly packed in the fully machined high strength 17-4PH Stainless steel CNC machined center housing. The 360° Water jackets in the CHRA keeps temperatures and especially seals to a minimum. The turbine wheel is constructed from Inconel, a Super Alloy that maintains strength during prolonged exposure to high exhaust gas temperatures.

With our bespoke large internal Waste Gate Stainless Steel housing, it will give you not only the best performance for a internal Waste Gate, it will save you also alot of time and money fabricating external Waste Gate ports in a already packed Lancia Delta engine compartment.

  • Vband inlet and outlet gets rid of gaskets and bolts, no leaks and no broken bolts
  • A/R option .62 /.80 with IWG
  • Overall physical size is smaller than standard housing, allowing it to fit in tight engine bays
  • Better heat retention than cast iron
  • Inconel bolts provided for vibration and stretching resistance in extreme applications
  • Locking tabs included for high vibration applications
  • Pivoting of the turbo 360* possible
