Lancia Delta - SSR380 Turbo Kit

Stealth turbo solution for all Lancia Delta 8V and 16V engines. Allows to be used with stock manifold and downpipe as a stealth plug and play solution. Can be used with standard turbo settings, on a stock engine. The SSR380 combined with our manifold will even outspool the small stock EVO2

Features

The Turbo kit will reuse the original AR.48 Exhaust Housing. Featuring updated Garrett GTX CHRA with CNC machined compressor wheels. With this configuration the kit is tested up to 380hp, limited by back pressure. By simply changing the exhaust housing to our AR.63 solution you’re able to reuse the cold side for further power increase up to 450hp.

Main advantage of our turbo kit is that it is an extremely compact solution, allowing not only a very noticeable power increase, but also improving low end response and torque figure over the whole Rpm range. With our tested exhaust manifold the turbo will usually kick in at 2.2K Rpm and producing already 0.5Bar @ 2.5-2.6K Rpm and 1.0 Bar @ 3.0-3.2K Rpm depending on the engine configuration.

SSR380 Kit is only build to order, allow 2-3 weeks lead time for production, don't hesitate to contact us for any informations.

The Turbo will come with a semi installation Kit for Oil and Water lines, which will need to be finished on the engine, depending on the Manifold used. Orientation and position of the Waste Gate might vary also and need to be adjusted on the engine. Installation will need to modify the turbo intake to get the best results. To get rid of the “Duck Pecker” consult our tuning guide. The turbo intake is larger compared to the stock setup, thus it will need also a reduced to fit stock tube.
