Lancia Delta HF integrale Coolant Expansion Tank
Coolant expansion tanks for Lancia Delta HF integrale and Evoluzione cooling-system repairs. The reservoir accommodates coolant expansion as the engine warms up and provides a filling point for the cooling system.
Version guide
- Evo Kat without Check Control – EUR 78.00: OE reference 82473189. Version without coolant level sensor. The supplier description does not specify the A/C configuration; confirm hose connections before ordering.
- Evo / Integrale 16V without air conditioning, with coolant level sensor – EUR 78.00: replacement for OE references 82473197 and 82456339. Lower hose connection positioned at the opposite end of the tank from the pressure-cap filler neck. Level sensor included.
- Evo / Integrale 16V with air conditioning, with coolant level sensor – EUR 114.00: replacement for OE reference 95520345. Lower hose connection positioned underneath the pressure-cap filler neck. Level sensor included.
OE numbers are provided for comparison, not as confirmed manufacturer part numbers. Match the hose connection position, Check Control equipment and air-conditioning configuration to your existing installation. Do not select by 8V, 16V, Evo 1 or Evo 2 designation alone. Early 8V compatibility is not confirmed by this version list.
Replacement level sensor
The coolant level sensor, OE reference 82394848, is also available separately for EUR 48.00. A sensor is already included with the two sensor-equipped tank versions above. Check mounting and connector compatibility when replacing a sensor; it does not add Check Control functionality to an unequipped vehicle.
Check before ordering
Compare the tank shape, mounting points, hose connections and filler neck with your existing installation. Contact us with your vehicle details if you need help confirming compatibility.
Pressure cap sold separately
The radiator / expansion tank pressure cap is not included. See our 1.0 bar radiator cap, OE reference 82419639. Confirm the required cap specification for your vehicle before ordering.
Installation
Only work on a completely cold, depressurised cooling system. Inspect connecting hoses and mounting points, use the vehicle-specified coolant, and follow the workshop procedure for filling, bleeding and leak testing. Professional installation is recommended.
