Lancia Delta - SSR500 Turbo Kit

As the name already suggests our kit is designed for power levels up to 500hp using latest Garrett® GTX Series turbochargers are designed specifically for the hard-core enthusiast who wants optimal performance. The forged fully-machined billet aluminum compressor wheels feature next generation aerodynamics that provide a larger horsepower range and maximize boost response. Ported shroud compressor housings increase surge resistance and provide reliable, continuous power throughout the power band.

A dual ceramic ball bearing cartridge prolongs the lifespan and improves shaft balance. The water cooled CHRA keeps housing temperatures to a minimum. The turbine wheel is constructed from Inconel, a Super Alloy that maintains strength during prolonged exposure to high exhaust gas temperatures.

With our bespoke large internal Waste Gate Stainless Steel housing, it will give you not only the best performance for a internal Waste Gate, it will save you also alot of time and money fabricating external Waste Gate ports in a already packed Lancia Delta engine compartment.

  • Special internal Waste Gate design. The internal flap is not exposed directly to flow, allowing for a more constant boost control over the whole Rpm range
  • Typically lighter weight than a corresponding iron housing of the same A/R
  • Investment cast stainless steel for a beautiful, smooth interior and exterior
  • Vband inlet and outlet gets rid of gaskets and bolts, no leaks and no broken bolts
  • A/R option .63 
  • Overall physical size is smaller than standard housing, allowing it to fit in tight engine bays
  • Better heat retention than cast iron
  • Inconel bolts provided for vibration and stretching resistance in extreme applications
  • Locking tabs included for high vibration applications
  • Pivoting of the turbo 360* possible
