Haltech Nexus S2 / S3 Motorsport Wiring Looms and Nexus S2 Full Sets
Your vehicle. Your ignition setup. Choose the wiring alone or the complete Nexus S2 hardware package.
Our bespoke wiring looms are available for all Lancia Delta models and the Alfa 155 Q4 with Haltech Nexus S2 or Nexus S3 ECUs, configured for coil-on-plug (COP) or wasted-spark ignition. Each loom is specified for the individual model and agreed components, with personalisation available.

Available styles
- OEM Style - Original Look: for an original-style appearance.
- Pro Street ECU - Motorsport Look: for a motorsport-style appearance.
Please specify your preferred style when enquiring. The vehicle, ECU and ignition configuration are agreed individually before production.
Retain your original sensors
The wiring loom is designed to allow the original vehicle sensors to be reused. The connections and ECU configuration are matched to the sensor arrangement of your vehicle. Depending on the model, a vehicle-speed signal is also integrated as an additional input. Confirm the vehicle version and available speed signal with us when specifying the loom.
Main power-supply connection
The main power-supply connector is fitted to mate with the vehicle's original power-supply connector. The connector arrangement is matched to the agreed vehicle specification.
Modular ignition: change your setup later
Choose your ignition today without locking in your future build. The modular design uses a separate ignition subloom, allowing a later change from coil-on-plug to wasted spark, or vice versa, by fitting the corresponding ignition subloom and matching ignition hardware rather than replacing the main wiring loom.
A conversion requires the appropriate coils and, for wasted spark, the matching ignition leads, together with the necessary ECU ignition configuration and calibration checks. Contact us to specify the conversion components for your installation. The alternative subloom and conversion hardware are not automatically included with the original package.
Option 1: wiring loom only
Order the main wiring loom with the ignition subloom for your selected COP or wasted-spark setup. This is the choice for builds where you are supplying your own ECU and engine hardware.
Wiring-only packages do not include the ECU, ignition coils, injectors, trigger wheel or fuel pump. These components are included only with the corresponding Full Set or by separate agreement.
Option 2: Full Set – Nexus S2
The Nexus S2 Full Set combines the wiring with the following hardware, configured for your vehicle model:
- Haltech Nexus S2 ECU with a base setting for the specified vehicle and supplied loom.
- Model-specific main wiring loom with DTM connections and compact mini relays.
- Ignition subloom and ignition coils included, specific to the selected COP or wasted-spark variant.
- 36-1 crank trigger wheel for the Lancia Delta.
- Flow-matched high-impedance fuel injectors, 660 cc/min.
- High-volume E85-compatible fuel pump with feed line and support.
- Base setting for all OEM sensors included.
Included ignition hardware by Full Set variant
- Full Set – Wasted Spark: includes the DIS ignition subloom, the matching wasted-spark ignition coil setup and silicone KV85 ignition leads for the Bosch DIS setup.
- Full Set – Coil on Plug: includes the matching COP ignition subloom and four coil-on-plug ignition coils for the COP configuration.
The ignition hardware follows the chosen variant: COP and wasted spark are alternative configurations, not two ignition systems to be installed together.
Compact installation in the original ECU location
Mini relays are used to optimise package size. The standard ECU installation is at the original position in the centre console. Discuss model-specific arrangements, alternative ECU positions or routing requirements with us before ordering.
Personalisation available
We can tailor the loom to your installation. Confirm the vehicle model and year, ECU, ignition coils, original sensors, additional inputs, injectors, routing and required connections with us. Customisation scope, lead time and any price differences are agreed before production.
The Full Set contents listed here apply to Nexus S2. Nexus S3 wiring looms are available; an S3 ECU or S3 Full Set is not included by implication.

Email info@speedshop.ch with your vehicle, ECU and preferred package. Please specify wiring loom only or Full Set, followed by Coil on Plug or Wasted Spark, your preferred style and any personalisation requests.
Commissioning and installation
The ECU base setting is a starting point for commissioning, not a finished calibration for every engine. Professional installation, electrical and fuel-system checks, and engine-specific calibration are required before operation under load. E85 compatibility of the pump does not by itself make the complete vehicle fuel system E85-compatible.
Verify circuit ratings, pin assignments, power supplies, grounds and trigger setup against the agreed specification and relevant ECU documentation before commissioning.
