Application and calibration

For Lancia Delta HF integrale performance applications. Electrical driver compatibility also extends to the factory Marelli systems in Alfa Romeo 155 Q4 and Fiat Coupe applications; confirm the connector, dimensions, fuel-rail fitment and seals before ordering.

ECU recalibration required: these higher-flow injectors are not a fit-and-forget replacement on the original fuel map. The IAW ECU fuel calibration must be adjusted for the injector flow and operating characteristics. Correct mapping is essential for starting, idle and fuelling under load.

Flow matching and test conditions

Each kit contains four dynamically tested, flow-balanced injectors grouped within 1% tolerance. Stated test conditions: n-heptane at 20°C (±1°C), 3.0 bar (±0.01 bar), 14 V DC (±0.05 V), using a saturated driver with RC cutoff.

Fuel delivery in the vehicle depends on fuel type, differential fuel pressure and operating conditions. Select injector capacity to match the engine's fuel demand rather than a universal horsepower figure.

Alternative fuels

The injectors are listed as compatible with E85 and methanol. This does not make the complete vehicle fuel system compatible: check hoses, seals, pump, regulator and calibration for the intended fuel.
